wave frequency is just frequency = f (in 1/seconds or Hz)
wave speed is the speed at which the speed is moving.
v = f *lamda
v = m/s
f = 1/s
lamda = wavelength = m

Wave speed is how far the wave travels in a certain amount of time. Wave frequency is how many waves pass through a certain point in a given amount of time. So a wave with a very short wavelength could have the same frequency as a wave with a very long wavelength if the one with the shorter wavelength was moving slower.

No, they are different. wave speed is the speed of wave propagation in a medium. frequency is how many cycles of the wave fit into a time unit (usually a second).
