How come all the hacking attacks and I.D thiefts that are coming from Africa and Asia?

In regards to hackers and id theives, weak laws in those countries so there's nothing there to deter the thieves.

Viruses are named for the labs that discover them. As to viruses like the flu, the belief is that the viruses originate from birds and possibly influenced by the interaction with pigs. In Asia the economy is mostly agrarian combined with higher population density it's a possible breeding ground for viruses. However, it's not known where the virus truly originates or how they mutate. Who knows an innocuous form of the virus may circle the earth a few times before it becomes infectious to humans.

No one policing their hacking sly a**es! They have no one enforcing the Internet. They are spread too thin trying to physically rule their people that they cannot possibly enforce the virtual laws. But you gotta think, things must be really bad for these people to have to come up with such elaborate and far fetched schemes just to get a few bucks off some greedy European type (like us!).
