By lifting weights. During your bench press widen your grip on the bell bar and that will assist in broadening your back. Same hold true for the shoulder press.

lift weights. you can't actually increase the distance between your shoulders except when your body does it naturally when going through puberty. lifting weights and building up your shoulder muscles will make your shoulders look broader. don't forgot about the rest of your muscles though. : )

Either by lifting weights or doing push-ups or a combination of both.
