There are multiple excuses made for why no live streams from space but the only true one is that it is not possible to have one in space because we can t go there, yet. Maybe someday but not now. Even the iss is not live assuming its even real. Watch the nasa channel for a few days or weeks (when they supposedly have the stream up, its down more than its up)and you will see that the cloud and storm patterns don t match the weather patterns. I have done this so you cant tell me its not fake unless you have watched it few a long time as well then I know you will see exactly what I have seen.

No there is no way for you to access satellites in real time except for a few weather satellites.
