I have been looking for wire in the local area for a while, but i can't find anything!!!!! And I really would rather not order online..... I'd prefer stainless steel, 12-16 gauge, but anything would really do. I live in murrieta, ca, area code 92562.... thank you!!!

you see, the thing is that I've tried the hardware stores..... they sell it, but not in the amounts i was looking for... they sell just enough for little projects, and buying it in such small amounts leads to a lot of spending.

Web-surfing aside, have you tried the hardware stores?

I'm in a town without a stop-and-go light and I'd look at the local hardware store first, before trying Michael's. So, first choice is hardware stores (also some lumberyards have good hardward selections), second choice is stores with handcraft supplies. Even Wal-Mart might have this (check both hardware and handcraft areas).
