If you put the address you want your letter mailed to as the return address, and no postage, won' t it get there? Not like it is expensive or anything, just a thought that ran through my head.

It will arrive at the destination, with postage due. (the recipient must pay the postage)

Don't be such a cheapskate. It might or might not work, but you'd risk the item being sent to the Dead Letter Office and possibly destroyed. Just pay the postage!
