When you mail back a return to Barnes & Nobles, is it UPS or USPS?

I want to return a book to Barnes and Noble through mail. In my order, they gave me a prepaid label but I don't know if it's UPS or USPS. Has anyone returned stuff to BN before and would know what to do?

USPS is the United States Postal Service.

If you are not sure take the label to the Post Office, they will tell if you if it is for the Post Office.
