This compound would be named using the stock system of naming ionic compounds. This is done this way because Cr is a transition metal.

The name of the compound is Chromium (II) Sulfate

In this case, chromium is Cr2+ and sulfate is SO4^2-.

Old name: chromous sulphate;
modern name: chromium(II) sulphate;
modern, fully systematic name:
chromium(II) tetraoxosulphate(VI).

Whichever name you decide to use, remember that 'sulphate' is spelled with a 'ph' (unless you're American) and that 'chromium' has an 'h' after the 'c' (even if you're American !) Also, there is no space between 'chromium' and the first bracket and one doesn't normally capitalise names of chemicals.
