Better than a video - a shop manual. You won't have to run inside the house every 5 minutes to check something. And every bike has it's own unique set-up. A video can be a little vague in some areas.

Best place would be the workshop manual for your bike. Clymers, Haynes etc. You can find these on eBay, Craigs, and electronically on P2P networks.
