Greetings:

Are you asking how many native Americans can claim American Indian ancestry?

I am a native American, but I don't have any American Indian blood in my veins.

The contemporary politically correct misuse of "Native American" is offensive and insulting to me.

Are you telling me I don't belong in the country I was born in?

Of course, since the misuse of "Native American" is Marxist in origin, it is intended to be deliberately denigrating toward any native American who is not an Indian.

It's all part of the "divide and conquer" self-destructive strategy, pitting American ethnic groups against each other.

I reckon most Americans, if they have even a little bit of Indian blood, are very proud of it, and will brag about it, for we Americans admire the Indians.

My father was Cherokee, and proud of his heritage.

I cannot be Cherokee, for I was adopted, and Cherokee law does not recognize adoption of anyone born without Cherokee blood.

You should read what Will Rogers had to say about Americans and how proud they are of Indian heritage.

Thank you.

not much at all...

it's a nice thought, but white people do not "blend" with cultures the way the history books would lead you to believe...
The english killed way too many natives for that... and then the rest were isolated in prison camps that they called "reservations"...

You can expect something similar to happen in the middle east....

I live near a reservation now that is doing very well financially but they have very little of their culture left... the natives don't know that much about their own religions and family history because they have become so "americanized" due to the casinos and gas stations.

The real question is, who cares? Everyone claims to be atleast "part" indian, especially white people. At some point it was the new "in" thing to be part indian, I guess it made them seem more exotic than your average midwestern white person. I don't think Native Americans care either. So there you have it.

No one's proud to admit that they have "black" blood in them. Because "blacks" are not connected to social success
