4.49 when I was a senior then I got lazy in college. I don't ever think I'll that fast again.

My fastest time of all time was a 4.7sec. I ran that last year for football so I would have been 19.
When I was in 8th grade I ran a 5.2sec 40. I think I was 15 then since I was older than the others.
Age is not that important anyway, it's size you should worry about. For instance a 6.0 sec 40 sounds terrible, but what if your 400lbs? Then it turns from terrible to amazing!

I played D2 football as a WR and ran a 4.60 as a 21 year old. We had some kids come in at 18-19 year olds that ran in the 4.42 and one kid that played QB (since switched to WR) that ran a 4.37. The avg for WR was 4.5 and for DB it was 4.55. Hope that helps. Now I am 25 and run a 4.9 to 5.0.

When I was 17, I ran a 5.3. But I had my football pads on, and hadn't trained for it. But I think I could've probably done it under 5 if I had trained for it, and didn't have pads on.
My teammate, who was a 5'11'' 300+ pound freshman, ran it in almost 8 seconds!!

Fastest 4.58. I consistently run a 4.65. Im 20. Sorry I cant remember what I ran at your age.

im 17 and i ran a 5.1 for football last year, im a offensive lineman that weighs 280 lbs

I was 18, and about 255lbs when I ran it in 4.56. Before two knee surgeries and one ankle surgery.
