There are several online businesses that are legitimate and some are even "free" to join. However you have to decide what it is you want to do.

Do you want to sell a product? Do you want to be an affiliate, a middleman between company and customer? Or both. Either one pays well.

Affiliate marketing is free to start, you will need training and you need to get with a good company that provides that.
