I think it depends on your individual pregnancy whether or not you will have another ultrasound, and if so, when. I think they typically do like to do one between 20-24 weeks to check on the baby's internal organs, as this is the time frame they say they can see them the best.
If your pregnancy is high risk, you may have several ultrasounds. If not, you may not have another one at all...sometimes it depends on your insurance company, how many they will pay for in an uncomplicated pregnancy.
I had ultrasounds at 9, 14, 20, 24, 28, and now 32 weeks. I still have two more scheduled, one for 34 weeks and one for 36 weeks, but there are risk factors that prompted this. These later ones are mainly to monitor size due to gestational diabetes, as well as pre-eclampsia I have developed.
So, depending on if your pregnancy complicates as you get further along, you may have several more ultrasounds. If not, I would think they would at least do the one to check the function and development of the internal organs, which they told me they like to do between 20-24 weeks.
As far as blood, they take mine constantly but that again is due to complications. If you have not had a glucose tolerance test (which you probably won't have until around 24-28 weeks), they will need to take blood then. If your initial results aren't good, they will perform a 3 hour glucose test shortly afterwards, where they will take additional blood over a period of 3-4 hours. The only other reason I can think of they would take additional blood is if they think you are developing some kind of complication (ie-to check for pre-eclampsia they take blood to check for bad liver enzymes).
Good luck to you!

Most OB's will give you another ultrasound around 20 weeks - where they take a look at all the vital organs & make sure everything is progressing normally - you can find out the sex then too! With my last pregnancy they gave me an ultrasound at about 33 weeks as well.
Blood draws - around 26-28 weeks you will have a glucose test - where they make you drink this sugar cola stuff & then take your blood to make sure you don't have gestational diabetes. I have heard of other blood tests - but I think the rest depend on your personal circumstance and risks.

In the United Kingdom the first scan usually takes place around 10 - 13 weeks. Most hospitals offer an additional scan in the second trimester which is around 20 weeks.
Another blood test will be taken around 28 weeks to check your haemoglobin levels. But if you keep getting very tired and constantly suffer from fatigue then your doctor may bring this second blood test forward.

I'm not a doctor, but when I was pregnant I had a total of I think 3-4 ultrasounds. I think it just varies on the doctor. And I also had my blood drawn quite a few times because I was gestational diabetic. Again, it varies.

I had my first sono at 7 weeks.
My second at 24 Weeks.
And scheduled for my 3rd at 32 weeks.
I have not had any problems at all. It might be that I am 37 YO, but I am not sure. Ask your doctor if you get another one. I asked about it in the beginning and he stated the above intervals then.

Most likely you will not receive another ultra sound unless the doctors feel there is a reason.
You probably won't have anymore blood work until you have your diabetes test.
