Hetero answer: If your the man, anytime she's willing. If your the woman, any time he's not asleep...and even then, he probably wouldn't mind being woken up. Men don't NEED a specific time! Giddy-up!

I have yet to find a bad time to get some. However, I tend to prefer the evenings, although nothing clears your mind like morning nookie.
