I was using codebreaker...When I obtained my first summon, Simba, I tested it out....then the game froze after the Summoning Scene...
Cheats on:
Max Hp & Mp, For Character Slots 1-4
Inf. Hp & Mp, For Character Slots 1-4
Exp Codes (Max & Gain) For Character Slots 1-4
Item Slot # Modifier.
All Dalmations
Inf. Time In Coliseum
*Tested In Merlin's House*
Does anyone know what I have done wrong?

You may need to clean your game disc, or something could be wrong with your PS2. I've had games freeze on me too, so try cleaning the disc tray and back for dust.
Another possiblity is that when you used codebreaker it could have had glitched your game.

Try cleaning your disk. I had a similar problem in KH2, Japanese version, in Tron world.
