It could be oxidations and reductions or hydrations and dehydrations or condensation and hydrolysis...There are too many types of reactions in which water participates as either a reactant or a product.

This is a badly worded fill-in-the-blank question, IMHO.

Combustion, Equilibrium?

That's a little vague. What are your choices?

In Combustion, H2O and CO2 dissociate into their ionic forms (ie: H20 into H+ and OH-)

Equilibrium is adding protons (H+) to a process.

Isn't that acid and base?
IF so, then digestion. The mouth is neutral, the stomach acidid and the small intestine is basic. Hope that helped :)
