For the ensouled to reckon the sum total of existence as void, a set of principles that cancel each other out, is tantamount to an otiose submission to those principles, presumed to be adequately conceived or consummately evident. Rather, may the soul as hierarchy of parts be also the indeterminate grounds for the intellective part to determine order, which has no directive without the admission of discernible motive?

Hi Vonhiggins,
Our 'soul', is not created by anything else.. than the product of our total physical being.... Since the 'soul' depends on our physical existence and activity, when we die, so does the 'soul'. It can not exist without our body....
>>>>>>>
The soul you have, isn't really you own and when you die, it'll get put into another human, while your "spirit", will be what is sent to the heaven, hell or purgatory....

>>>>>>
When I think of souls, I don't think of just humans having them... but well, I'm going to have to think about that much... Beautiful thoughts, btw... :)
>>>>>>>
Thanks, for the question! :)

My regards!

Take care!

Yes, if the soul is as you have negatively characterized, meaning if the soul was just a soul with no relevant importance - you have to basically follow recent-day philosophy to believe in these statements you have written above.
Your philosophy wont work for me, because I see characteristics and fundamentals of the soul in contrast to yours.

At any rate answering to your question, the motive of giving importance of the soul(this is how i take as the meaning of your main question) is to give value of the meaning of life, harmony and order, reasoning, individuality, the meaning of eternal life, and the existence of a God- all which could be understood practically parallel to why the soul is debased by the human physical body, and yet frees itself when the body gets destroyed to meet halfway with its creator. Soul encompasses understanding of individuality and yet allows us, with pure understanding, to reason out for itself.
