First off, theres the difference in the sky, it wont be the same seeing how small and pitiful earth is once your off of it, then theres null g's its more than just floating, every direction becomes up down left and right at the same time and you have to be careful how you percieve it, another thing is eating food from a tube. i mean come on, who wants steak flavored pudding?
Not only that but for some it might be difficult being isolated, away from any contact with people other than 'home base' theyd have to get used to that too...

Weightlessness, and watching each other throw up for the first few days -- that answerer above, was right about that! When there is no "up" or "down" your body does weird things.
