My guess would be no.
The whole thing was much too "high profile" and it would have been sure to get out and Iran would have had to take a huge knock on the public stage. Just nothing in it for them to. I wouldn't be surprised if the harassed her sexually- but raping a uniformed soldier of a country that you are at peace w/ while she is officially in your custody and the entire world is watching? No way. All 15 of them were treated like royalty, I'd imagine. Their value was in propaganda. Show the world how civilized and benevolent you are.

It was because the British Gov had taken an hard line so Iran refused to release her.

I don't think they raped her. Probably she wasn't as compliant as they wanted, did something they didn't like, and they didn't release her. I would like to know all about it.
