Pelosi cannot make foreign policy has that is the purview of the executive branch. Syria is a state sponsor of terrorism in the middle-east and Lebanon in particular.
Bad as it will give legitmacy to the Syrian strategy of supporting terror in Lebanon, Israel and Iraq. It is also waste of time as Pelosi cannot effect the outcome of either the situation vis Israel or Iraq.
