I'm trying to extract all the houses for sale in a certain area. The MLS has all of these houses in its database. I need a web service to connect to it.

Technologically, it's possible. It's doubtful that you'd be able to make that happen, though, without joining the Board of Realtors and subscribing to the MLS. That database is funded by subscriptions, and it's not readily available to the general public at the web-service level.

You should contact your local Board of Realtors if you're seriously interested in doing this, though.

i have been looking for something like that for 2 years.

MLS is a software that (to my knowledge) only real estate professionals know where to get it from.
