I have a friend who is married and her husband's ex-girlfriend call out the blue to ask him to the wedding. She's marrying the guy he suspected her of cheating with.

That really depends on the type of person that she is, and if she and her ex boyfriend had a rough relationship, or one that just kinda ended with no long term hard feelings.
If its one with no hard feelings really, then she may be just trying to keep the ex as a friend and be nice.
If its the HARD FEELINGS route then that relationship probably consisted of constant monitoring of where each other were. There was no trust, and jealousy ruled.
Of course there is the chance that neither of these scenarios are correct due to unforseen variables on my part.
No hard feelings - send a card saying congratulations
hard feelings- send her 5 dollars to pay for the taxi for when she decides to leave her new husband.

Maybe she's just trying to be nice. She probably still feels guilty about cheating, and maybe she values his friendship. Let me ask you this- what does your friend's wife think of this? If I were her, I'd keep an eye out for this girl- she may be trying to have her cake and eat it too, you know?

Jealousy. Its a way of saying, "Hey, look at me, I've moved on, I don't need you."
But let's face it, if she had really moved on, and didn't care about him still, she'd never have invited him.
