Every state has its "gangs" --- Most Black gangs are in the inner cities. Most white gangs are in the suburbia.The numbers are about equal.
Except Blacks gangs are "oh so dangerous"
white gangs are "boys will be boys"
pathetic comparison, but true.

I think California, they have the largest number of hate groups and quite a few of them are linked to gangs.

MOST DEFINITELY CHICAGO. the police gang. they whooping up on errthang in site. just a few weeks back one of em whooped this white womans *** real good. then they found a tape of 4 white business men getting whooped in a bar by the policia gang.
