Sea-bands work for me with my nausea. You can get them at a pharmacy and they only cost about 6 bucks. They are little bands that go on your wrist with a little plastic ball to hit pressure points. It helps with motion sickness and pregnancy a lot of the time! Also try eating smaller amounts of food more often. Having something in your stomach is helpful. Something with protein and carbs, not something real fatty .
Good Luck!

There's not much you can do if you can't leave work to run to a pharmacy. But, if you get a chance, I would try ginger supplements (although it's been advised that ginger ale helps nausea, there is no ginger in ginger ale, only a derivative), you could also get all-natural ginger ale at a health food store, which contains real ginger, and should help. Vitamin B6 supplements help, along with graham crackers. The best thing to do is be active, try not to be stuck behind your desk at work and, although it sounds cheesy, laughing helps also. I always seemed relieved with morning sickness if I had a really good laugh. I think it just helps get your mind off of it.
It seems a little early to be having pregnancy symptoms if you were just ovulating last week. If your symptoms persist for more than one day, I would call your doctor. Good luck, hope this helps!

I've tried saltines, slowly sipping water, or even Dentyne Ice gum in the black package (I think it's called Arctic Ice) was very helpful. There's something about the minty flavor that got rid of the nausea for me, especially when I was driving in the car. Best wishes to you.

You can actually just put slices of fresh ginger in hot water and let it brew. Then sweeten the water with a little sugar. It tastes lemony and I like it better than ginger ale. You can chill it as well. If her nausea is bad her doctor should also prescribe some anti nausea drugs or suppositories for her to try. Marijuana also helps a lot.

my first trimister I tried just about anything to help with nausea, nothing helped me. I don't think their is much that can help. But it you feel like you are not keeping anyting down and fear dehydration you need to go to the dr and ask them to give you something. They would more than likely write you a script for phenergan.

I know it sounds weird but if you are pregnant......I ate yogurt and it helped. I think the doctor said it was something to do with the bacteria in yogurt. So if you are close to some yogurt try it it worked for me!
