Hey, i've been hearing about this "vision" test that i need to take. But I wear glasses...so does that mean I won't be able to get the permit if i dont pass the test without any glasses? or will i be able to take the test with my glasses on?

Bring your glasses along when you go to the DMV. I went in for my motorcycle license and they asked me if I had brought along my glasses. I told them that I was wearing contact lense. They would know this because of the corrective lenses restriction indicator on our driver license.

You should be able to take the test with your glasses on as long as you can pass it then just like with your drivers license. The best suggestion I have is call some where that does the motorcycle permit testing and ask them. Good luck!

They will confirm that you need glasses. After that, you take the test with your glasses on. If you can pass with your glasses on, you'll get a "need corrective lenses" qualification on your license. No biggie. I have that on mine, it doesn't bother me any.

What state? In NH its the same vision test as for a car. If you already have a car (operator's) license, then you don't have to take another eye test for a motorcycle (in NH).
