One or two bold letter words don't bother me, it just shows emphasis on those words. It is annoying when people only type in bold letters or do the every other letter in bold thing...that causes headaches.

A couple words is okay with me but the whole Q is shouting and whoever said it first is right, we don't have to shout on here, do we?

I think is a matter of needing attention/trying to be 'special' rather than shouting

some may think its shouting, but all it really is its just a caps and not lower case. no difference involved. you may use it to show emotions such as disappointment, anger, or just that is very important. it is just a big miscommunication when it all comes down to it.

I do not have a problem if people want to EMPHASIZE a word or two, but when the whole thing is in caps, yes that is rude

(Personally, I would love to italicize instead, but that options isn't available)
