It depends on what type of voice you have, as well as how good of a singer you are. Here are a few suggestions:
Breathy, little-girl voice: "You Were Meant For Me" by Jewel, "Put Your Records On" by Corrine Bailey-Rae
Great big, awesome voice with range: "Ain't No Other Man" by Christina Aguilera (you're going to have to change the "bad-***" part of the song...), or "Lady Marmalade"
Kind of gravelly, rock-star voice: "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree" by KT Tunstall, or "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" by Pat Benatar.

it depends on what quality your voice have. songs should suit the kind and type of voice you have. consider also the range that you could reach. for talent shows, mostly songs that are christina aguillera kind of songs also beyonce. if you want to entertain them choose gwen stefanies songs that are bouncy so can show your talent in dancing while singing. don't forget also that facial expression is a must. you should feel the lyrics of the song to be able to relate the message of the song to your audience. good luck!
