no. Sean Astin (her eldest son) is the adopted son of John Astin (from the addams family). His biological father is the rock promoter Michael Tell to whom Duke was married for about two weeks. There were rumors that it was Dezi's son due to a highly publicized affair between the two.

Lucy Ball....went into a rage over Duke saying it was her son's child.
John Astin was going with the actor at the end of her pregnancy and to avoid bad publicity John put his name on the birth certificate.

No she had an affair with him but produced no children. Her oldest son's (Sean) father is Michael Tell.
He is actor Sean Astin (He uses the name Astin, because her former husband, actor John Astin adopted him
