I do not think so. According to me he has been persisted as he has been proved to be somewhat consistent bowler in ODI and Team India do not have much better choices.

Yes . If sachin has a captaincy other friends also come to team like vinodkampli, suniljoshi and other friends.

I think it's more likely that people are looking for a scapegoat for their world cup failure. A good team had a couple of bad days, end of story.Time to get over it.
