Ooh, so many possibilities! I admire your openness to experimenting with color. =^^= Any color would be great, but here are some of my top suggestions:
Red: Such an eye-catching and unexpected color that never gets old! Plus red works with pretty much anyone; you just have to find your perfect shade.
White: Imagine how stunning it would look if you wore a white coat on a snowy day! Plus the color white pretty much epitomizes winter.
A Nuetral: Tan and beige are very trendy colors this year; plus they match with anything while being more unexpected and fashionable than your basic black or white.

If you are looking for a different colour winter coat my suggestion is a light colour. You will also find that if you have a coloured coat you will stand out in a crowd of black, depressing dark colours. Depending how much snow you get in the area you live in I have bought a white coat most recently. Winter is a time of longer nights and black coats make you not as visible as a light coloured coat. I always made sure my child's coat made him visible and when I needed a new coat he reminded me to make sure I was visible. Safety first.

i usually wear black, red or camel/tan. I wear the red one the most. Then black and then camel. I have all of these colors in my wardrobe and they all match. The black ones is a mid-thigh pea coat. The red is a knee lenth wool with a hood. And the camel is a mid calf single breasted over coat.
Ivory is also a nice option, but I find hard to keep clean.

it truly is the stereotypes in our race based the place you reside. initially all of us had black hair. over the years a mutation got here which made blue eyes and blonde hair. Then the gene characteristics are exceeded to little ones. people have distinctive pores and skin colour based on the section they stay international huge.

Any color!!! There aren't really any rules anymore for what to wear when. Have fun with it. If you like purple- go purple!!
Or chose based on what your wardrobe is mostly colored. If your winter cloths(pants & skirts) are mostly black- no holds barred!! If you wear alot of brown try lime green, pink or salmon or even aqua.
Blue- try pink, yellow.
We are in 2007 not 1950! Have fun!!!

I've always liked a navy blue or a deep red. It will have you standing out but not enough to make you look weird. Plus both colors match anything.

It depends what you're into! I would suggest black.. but you're sick of that. So maybe try a white! White matches more things!
Have fun!
