My date is Nov. 1944, coinciding with the order by Himmler to destroy the Crematoria at auswitz as the Red Army approached from the east. Sure, Jews died after Nov '44, but the high-volume state sponsored genocide known as the holocaust was at an end.

There is no exact date. It ended gradually as the camps were liberated in 1944 and 1945. The allies marched across Europe, from both East and West, and they ended the Holocaust as they went. It didn't all happen on one date.
