There is no possible accurate answer to this question because "Panamanian" refers to the people born in Panama (such as myself) whereas Caucassian refers to a race.
Then, what is a good mix is up to the person evaluating it and if ultimately it affects you, you should be the one to determine whether you are happy with that mix.
Finally, there are Panamanians of all sorts, colors and races. Myself people confuse for something else than panamanian but I am. You can tell a Panamanian by other things but not by his/her looks.
If you are going to go for the mix, make sure it is not with a Panamanian that thinks "juega vivo" is something civilized people do.

Panamanians are a mix of many cultures and many races, so mixing it a little bit more wont hurt.
