The Bulls have won the most recently, but overall it is the Boston Celtics.
The Celtics have won 16 titles and the Lakers (including the Minneapolis Lakers) have won 14.
The Bulls won 6 in the 90's, but those are their only championships.

No, the Bulls haven't won the most titles. It's the Boston Celtics, but boy have they gone way south since Bill Russel, Larry Bird, and Bill Walton have been on the team.
