This is a good one what film is it from? I'd say that was probably one of the best, struggling to beat it.

Carry on Cleo right? I can't think of a better movie one-liner, but I do know a good Kenneth Williams radio quote from an episode of "Round the Horne"

hmm when i was a kid when the line from superman cracked me up
Superman flies up to catch Louis Lane and says "i got ya" and Lane says " you got me???*looks down and then back up*..Whose got you??!!"
That Mae West was a goodie, considering the time it took place, that was good raunchy stuff.

Also from Tombstone...cowboy says "Don't Move!" while pointing a gun at the bad guys. Doc Holiday says while also pointing his own gun at the bad guys "Nonsense! By all means..move"

Long as we're on Carry On Cleo, I always crack up as the Roman Legions march through Britain, chanting "Sinister, Dexter, Sinister, Dexter" (latin joke, for readers going, "huh?).

cant remember the title but is was actor john candy........after a armoured car robbery a car chase ,car overturned after ploughing through a petrol tanker which exploded...he said
