A - mitosis

Meiosis involves recombination and sexual reproduction involves meiosis. I don't really know why glucose synthesis is in that list. Mitosis is asexual reproduction. It is A.

any time you make exact copy of a cell, it is always through some form of mitosis. Meiosis which is a form of sexual reproduction always produce new cells because of formation of chiasmas, cross over etc. this explains why you look similar to your mother or father but not exactly like them.
