Don't need a water-tank, man, you need a miniature rainforest. You also need to fit it out with sub-aqua trees, water-berries, sea bananas and so on. Failure to provide adequate space and environmental facilities could result in your being prosecuted by SPASM, the Society for the Protection and Acclimatization of Sea Monkeys. I can only tell you as a friend, dude - DON'T mess with those people.

Depends on the specific species.
For a sea-squirrel monkey, you could get away with a five-gallon tank.
For a sea-baboon, on the other hand, you'll need something the size of a single-car garage.

Sea Monkeys (brine shrimp) can be raised, very easily in a half gallon tank.. Don't put any fish in with them or you won't have any monkeys.

A small aquarium will be fine. Sea monkeys are little shrimps.
