Put some benadryl in their tea or soda so they would go to sleep for a few hours. Then put a piece of duct tape across their mouth. That should give them the hint to shut up.

Only one of two ways. I'd either double my medication or give in to the fact I was going to spend the rest of my life in prison and act upon that.
