why are eyelasher dark in coloer?

I'm guessing you mean eyelashes and color. If you do they are darker because they have more pigment producing bodies that ordinary follicles do. More pigment means darker color.

Eyelashes protect the eyes from dust and also from bright sunlight. Dark eyelashes absorb more light than light ones, so they protect better from the sun.
