A bazillion dollars. I have a question. Were you in like a "car garage" where mechanics have those cars up on lifts and one really did fall on your head? Because if that happened, I don't think you should claim for anything, I think you should just get a book deal and a movie deal and start your own reality show. You should be able to these days. :D And if a car didn't really fall on your head, then I would say, somewhere between a bazillion and a kajillion dollars.

It would depend on how much damage your head did to the car. Subtract the cost to repair the card from your medical costs. You'll only be able to claim 80% of the difference.
Was it a limited edition Hot Wheels car or a regular one?

Depends on your injuries and if they are permanent or not. Get yourself a lawyer. You need to start a paper trail of doctor visits to take care of injuries, estimates from doctors if permanent injuries, etc... Also, does the garage have liability insurance? Where you there as a worker or as a visitor? If you were there working, then you can claim under Workers Compensation. If you were a visitor, did you have permission to be BENEATH a car? etc, etc, etc,,, These questions need to be answered by a lawyer... and you have at least one year from the date of the accident to place a formal legal complaint.

if it only happened once then up to $1 max in the US, but if it happens again then there is no limit to how much money you can get. My reccomendation is to go throw yourself under as many cars as possible. . . today!
