I was recently reading a book by Dr. Laura where she was counseling a guy that had been bored in his marriage. She opined that he was bored because HE as boring. You are responsible for your own happiness (and boredom).

I cleaned the whole house...read the newspaper, watched re-runs of CSI, cooked dinner, went to the supermarket, took a walk, I had a fight with my Mom, don't have a bike, am too young to knit
and I'm not bored anymore

im always bored, but im a procrastinator
there somthing else that i want to do(but cant)
and theres something else that i should do(but wont)
so i do nothing instead
