Like when you move your arm or wake up in the morning you have a basic instinct feeling that you are in your own body and you don't need to be taught this. Considering that the mind is a control and the body can't exist without the mind why don't you feel like you are a sepearte entity controlling the body almost like third person. Like you would control a computer or video game. Can you make your mind behave in the manner.

WE ALL HAVE A BIOLOGIC AUTOMATIC SYSTEM THAT WORKS SIMULATEOUSLY WITH OUR MIND. I WAKE UP, I STRETCH, I GET UP AND GO TEE TEE. WE ARE BLESSED WE HAVE ALL OF THOSE AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS BECAUSE PEOPLE WITH ALS AND OTHER DO NOT HAVE THAT, LIKE MICHAEL J FOX. I DELIBERATELY WROTE THIS IN SIMPLE TERMS, I IMAGINE SOME MEDICAL STUDENT WILL TRY TO COMPLICATE MATTERS FOR YOU. GIVE THANKS YOU HAVE THESE ABILITIES. THEY ARE NOT DEFINITE.

i have been at deaths door due to cancer and we are all equal in the presense of death, your mind is the ONLY THING that you do have control over, thank GOD,at least us lucky ones--and i have plenty of those who had nNO CONTROL OVER THEIR MINDS----their mind was ravaged--yet they live on--so it is everything working in conjuction with itself that makes us who we are--we are WHOLE not SEPARATE.
