They already do for some applications. But technology is a long way from being able to create a robot which is more intelligent than the average human being.

Your general statements are all incorrect and misleading. Use robots for what they are good at. They can do some tasks much better than humans. So use the robots and free the humans for what humans are good at: intelligent thought. Stop training humans to be robots and start teaching them to think.

Robots can never replace humans because of the variety of things that humans can do. To be humans, they can't be perfect. They have to feel pain.

Yes and they already are right now they are just used for elites high placed careers but someday they might implant any civilian to catch potential terrorist threats before they become a problem
