looking to sell my memory of costomers to my former employers competitor. they really did me wrong by cutting my pay in half and changed me from salary to hourly. in turn i went from 3 weeks vacation to zero weeks ,as i was considered a new employee after 61/2 years.for political reasons. i did nothing to deserve it. no writen warning or nothing.

Customer lists are usually the property of the business. In that case, selling a former employers list to a competitor would be stealing and a violation of the privacy rights of the customers. It is, therefore, not OK.
