No one, it was the era I grew up in. I liked the Stones better than the Doors, but Led Zeppelin? Robert Plant? Stairway to Heaven? Just part of my life as a young person.

My brother, he went to a Led Zeppelin concert in Seattle, The Doors I can't remember but it was probably my brother too. He was really into his music back then. I think most of the music I still enjoy I got from him playing it all the time.

My friend Mike turned me on to Zeppelin at his house one summer, probably back in 1972. His older brother listened to their albums....really loud...and I got into it. I'm still a huge Zeppelin fan, even at my advanced, middle age.

I was never a big fan of the Doors. But, when one of their songs is on the radio, I turn it up. I also have two or three of their songs as MP3s on my computer which I play in varous play lists.

The Doors I found on my own,,kinda. I was rummaging through my parents old albums *remember record albums, kids? lol ^_^* and found "Morrison Hotel" many many moons ago and decided to give it a spin...I've been a fan ever since.

The Internet actually got me into Zep. I knew Stairway to Heaven of course, but there was this crazy website that had some tiny kittens dressed as Vikings "singing" The Immigrant Song!! If you want to see it, go to any search engine and type in Viking Kittens Led Zeppelin. That video actually got me into listening to more of their songs

my parents... and i thank them for that.
my dad is a big fan of led zep and when he drives me to school, he often brings an album of led zep - my dad can get pretty weird when he's listening to stairway to heaven by the way. at the instrumentation part, he gets really into the music and he would always explain to me "he's in heaven now." haha it's hilarious actually.
and my mom is a huge the doors fan. i grew up with them. when she's in a good mood, she plays one of their albums.
and i'm only 14 and i love both bands, they're awesome! especially the doors. [thats why i'm the lizard queen lol] and well, people thing i'm strange and should be listening to modern music: rap and r'n'b and hip hop and all, but that's not my thing - the 1960s were better in terms of music.

Led Zeppelin - my boyfriend. I knew Stairway to Heaven and Kashmir, of course, but my BF introduced me to how complex and ahead of its time Led Zeppelin really was.

The Doors I don't like. Too much twangy-whiney stream of conciousness stuff and Jim Morrison was hopeless. He was beautiful and talented, of course, but far too much in love with disappearing up his own backside.
