yea, I'm a wife and my husband is really bright and his is dark.. doesn't bother me at all.... It's probably like that because it doesn't get any sun... but I love it!

It's fine. Stop worrying. You're normal. Unless it's green. Or black. If that's the case, you may want to get tested.

Its almost always darker, some men I guess more then others. It may be even darker still when you're aroused and its full of blood.
The head of the penis will be closer in colour to your lips then your skin.

yes, its normal because that part of your body is not as exposed to the sun as other parts are.
