It just a Board. Most will come with stand off posts you screw into the Case. When you look at the holes on the MOBO usually there are 9 on a regular size board. You can then look in the case where it mount and even use a little tape measure to know where your posts screw in. Most cases have many holes to mount both a Regular MOBO and a Smaller one, but, it not hard to figure out what holes to use.

All motherboards that I've purchased have come with a backplate. Sometimes it's the same as what's in your case, but if not you have to remove what's in your case and install the new one before you put your board in.

Actually, it's ur case that comes with the back plate. You might wanna check if u have the right 1. ATX, Mini ATX, Baby ATX etc.

Your motherboard should come with a plate to fit it.
