Very cool that you are making your own dress, shows that you are not a cookie-cutter image! Have you checked McCall.com, there you will also find Butterick and Vogue patterns. Check out the Vogue section of evening and bridal section, some really nice dresses there! Also, you can change details on a pattern to make it your design! If you are working with a dressmaker, that shouldn't be too difficult.
