The majority of miscarriages occur not because of something that the mother did or did not do, but because there was an abnormality in the baby's development. A serious accident that injures the mother may cause a miscarriage. However, the baby is very well protected in the uterus so mom can receive a serious injury and the baby is fine. One of the things that can happen if you sit in a hot tub or a bath with hot water for long periods of time is it can increase your blood pressure and increase your core body temperature which can be harmful to both mom and baby. A healthy pregnant woman can usually participate in most activities that she is used to doing without any risk of injury to her or her baby. The percautions given to pregnant moms are just suggestions to reduce injury to them and the baby. There is nothing that a pregnant woman can do that will ALWAYS cause a miscarriage. If you have an unwanted pregnancy, there are crisis pregnancy clinics that can help you. Find them in your area in the yellow pages under Abortion Alternatives.

It can be difficult to know how to avoid miscarriage, but often there are warning signs. You need to react quickly if you experience any of the signs. Miscarriages happen most often within the first 13 weeks of pregnancy. The causes are often unknown, but can commonly be chromosomal, meaning there was something not right with the baby's chromosomes. Here are a few warning signs to look out for that may, though not necessarily so, indicate the onset of a miscarriage.
1. Back pain, mild to severe and perhaps worse than the usual pain of menstrual cramps. should be investigated. Contact you doctor and make an appointment.
2. Any bleeding from the vagina during pregnancy is not normal, and suggests the possibility of miscarriage. Again, speak to your doctor. Some spotting and bleeding in early pregnancy can occur, and some pregnancies continue with full success. However, you should investigate any abnormal vaginal bleeding.
3. Don't smoke or drink alcohol during your pregnancy. This should be obvious, but too many women ignore the evidence that smoking and drinking, especially during pregnancy, is dangerous and can lead to miscarriage.
Some miscarriages can't be avoided. They are due to natural abnormalities, or something else beyond your control. However, there are certain actions you can take to minimize the likelihood of a miscarriage, or prevent a threatened miscarriage happening. There's no definitive way of how to avoid a miscarriage -- just keep a sensible attitude and stay vigilant.

Really nothing can MAKE you miscarry!!! You need to grow up and face that you are pregnant. Don't hurt an innocent baby bacause you can't face the facts!!! There is NO way of being sure no matter what you do to have a misscarriage that you will miscarry!!! NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO you are still pregnant and you can't just make yourself miscarry you either have to go through the pregnancy or you need to have an abortion it is the only way!!! If you try to harm an unborn child it is murder you make me sick!!!!! if you don't miscarry you are eventually going to have a baby and all that you did to try to kill it will have efects on the baby dont be stupid DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Give the baby up for adoption. You are obviously too immature to be a mother and you don't want the baby anyway. Give people that want a baby but can't have one the chance to be great parents.
And STOP having sex. It's always people like you that end up on welfare, and I really don't want my hard-earned tax dollars going to support a tramp like you.

If you have implanted, you and dont wish to continue the pregnancy...you are probably going to have to have an abortion. Its not the popular decision, but if you truly dont want a child, you arent going to do what you need to do to have a healthy pregnancy. Adoption is an option, but you dont sound mature enough to handle that kind of thing. Go see Planned Parenthood and they will tell you what to do.

Shower only is safer. Hot bath just not necessary. Not a time for rough sports. Get lots of rest, eat healthy, and relax. Talk to your doctor.
