I personally think that the worst way to die is to be attacked in some manner and have the person/animal slowly kill you... For example, Cato from the Hunger Games, where the muttations made him die a horrible, slow, painful death. Since Katniss and Peeta never actually go down to see how much suffering he s been through, I have some kind of a guess. The muttations must have pretty much dissected him, like dissecting a frog, but this time, while he hasn t gone to heaven or hell or wherever Cato belongs. I don t want to look like a crazed murderer, so to dim it down as much as I possibly can, I would say that they slowly ripped off his flesh, then ate his muscles, broke his bones, devoured his eyeballs, ripped off his features (ears, nose, etc.), plucked out his teeth, pulled out his hair, and finally stomped on him altogether and ripped out his eternal organs. Wow, I do sound creepy....
