She can try, but if you have been in your children's life then she probably will not succeed.
How old are your kids now? Likely they are 9+ years old, and perhaps early teens. What do they want?

Mmm...I seriously doubt it and here's why. She would have to go through A LOT to prove that you are an unfit parent. That takes time, money, etc....example: If you were using drugs/selling etc..then that's a given, but she'd have to prove that as well. If you have a squeaky clean record, and I'm sure you do, the court will deny her that and keep it as joint custody. And vice versa, you'd have to have to go out of your way to prove her unfit. Her new hubby might be pulling her chain, and if he is, he's going to have come up with anything and everything to prove why you shouldn't be in their lives. But it'd still ahve to come from her.

No she can't. The courts decide custody arrangements, not the parents, unless it is mutually agreed to. Obviously it isn't mutually agreed to in your case.
If she tries to keep the kids from you, then you have 2 options: if you have a somewhat decent relationship with her, then you can try to sit down and find out why she wants to do this. OR you need to take her to court and let a judge set out guidelines and when she violates them she will be held in contempt.

Is that documented in court? If so then no she can't. You could hold her in contempt for denying visitation. Call a Family Law attorney one question over the phone wont cost you.
Good luck!!

what is in the divorce decree about this issue? she should not be able to do this without your agreement. check with a lawyer, but you may be able to take her to family court to fight this. document everything that is said & done, so you have history for the judge to look at. witnesses help too.

No she can't. She will be in contempt of court if she does. As long as you have a court order you have every right to see the child. I suggest you talk with your lawyer ASAP

Legally no. Get an attorney and be prepared to fight for your visitation rights.
Also be prepared for her to fight you for child support.
Good luck
